As a director of curriculum and instruction, instructional coach, curriculum writer, teacher, and mother, I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the school system. Students struggle and fall through the cracks every day. We can help by diagnosing exactly what is challenging them and finding the right key to unlock their success. I listen deeply to parents, students, and teachers, analyze student work and performance data, and interpret complex evaluations. Then I craft step-by-step action plans that change students' lives.
